Might become a go to for breakfast when in the bridgewater area! I had driven down to the south shore to do some shopping, and stopped into Jac’s for some Breakfast. I will always get eggs Benny, and when I saw they had a Montreal Smoked Meat Benny, I had to have it! The eggs were poached perfectly, the “home fries” were great. Perfectly seasoned little bits of actual fries. The Benny could have used a little bit more smoked meat, but it was reflective of the reasonable pricing! The staff were super friendly, and the food arrived at my table hot and quick! 100% part of the clean plate club as I could lick every bit of hollandaise off of it was socially acceptable.

Great food, complete diner decor, and friendly servers. Prices are reasonably and there is a selection of milkshakes and soft drink floats to add to your meal. I ordered the Jac’s burger which came with a soft and fluffy homemade bun and just the amount of toppings. However, I do wish there was more patty with the burger though. The coating on the onion rings were minimal and you really got to taste the onion. The fried fish and chips also tasted very fresh. Jac’s has a friendly atmosphere and gives off a small town, know everyone kind of vibe. Perfect place to stop by if you’re craving a diner experience with a burger, fries, and a shake.

Food and service were both fantastic! Good portion sizes for a reasonable price. Two donair eggs benny's, two coffee's, and a large milkshake with tip was only around 50. Some friends brought us here as it's a place they quite enjoy and I can't wait to go back!

We were a group of 11 and everyone thought the food was great and it came out fairly quickly. Our waitress was friendly and on the ball. Great place

Quick and great food with solid service. And as close to a traditional banana split as I've found in years of travel across Canada. This building has a long history that I was happy they preserved, such as the tin ceiling, counter and windows.

Yesterday after church, 2 ladies and I from New Minas went on tour in my friends convertible! Ended up here for supper. The retro dining experience was amazing, super friendly staff and excellent service. All of the food was so fresh and the dishes were prepared beautifully. So much to choose from. I had the special lemon pie milkshake and that was so flavourful and delightful! Thanks Jac’s Burger and Shakes for making us feel so welcome! We all loved the food. Everything was so amazing. We recommend stopping here if you are driving through and are looking for good portions and a quality dining experience! See you again! Rose J. and friends

While driving through with family we decided to stop because of their retro atmosphere, it was our first time there, we were all extremely happy, the service was phenomenal, the food was excellent, the portion sizes were huge, prices were very reasonable and the shakes were absolutely delicious! This place is definitely a gem! Whenever I’m back in the area I’ll for sure be stopping back in :)

Three generations out for dinner. Very impressed with everything. Pleasing diner atmosphere. Roomy booths made comfortable seating for full-figured fellas. Friendly professional service. Outstanding food came out quick and hot. Fun menu. Delicious nilkshakes made dinner fun. We will be back again soon.
